Announcing the Adapt8 Employee of the Month for November 2019!

In the short year and a half Edna has worked here she is consistently and dependably the voice of the company.  She always makes sure to arrive to work early to answer phones and take care of the customers.  She is consistently thinking of the people around her, making sure people are covered for lunch or just helping out when someone gets busy.

She exemplifies six of Adapt8 values:

Act:  Edna acts with honesty and integrity in everything she says and does.  She is reliable.

Collaborate:  Edna likes to work as a team and get everyone’s ideas.  As chair of Communication and Collaboration Team, she ensures no one is left out.

Leader:  Edna is someone who motivates and values the success of the “team” over herself.  Her moral values push others around her to be better people.

Listen:  Edna listens to the customer to make sure they get what they need and are happy with Adapt8.  She listens to her fellow employees to make sure they are doing ok and asks if they need any help.

Build:  Edna feels that if we all work together, we can make Adapt8 a world-wide success.

Indomitable:  Edna is seen as indomitable as she is a true superhero.

Enda enjoys spending time exploring nature with her 4 legged companions Buddha and Ginger. Her favorite outdoor activities include backpacking, snowshoeing, rafting, fishing and just enjoying life.  She spends time growing a variety of flowering plants as well as plants for food.

Edna has over 10 years of experience working in the nursery industry with growers throughout Oregon and has been an active member of the Oregon Association of Nurserymen. Edna is a member of the Adapt8 Sales Team and serves as the Dealer Manager.
